摘　　要：海洋教育具有基础性、战略性、综合性等总体意义,本组论文由4篇文章组成,其中李巍然、马勇《面向未来人的海洋精神品质培养》从培养人的视角探讨培育具有海洋精神的人,提出海洋教育主旨是人的海洋精神培养;马勇《从海洋意识到海洋素养——我国海洋教育目标的更新》从海洋教育目标更新的视角,提出构建我国海洋素养教育体系;刘训华《教育性是海洋教育的第一属性》纠正了欧美海洋素养的误差,提出教育性是海洋教育第一属性、向海定陆推进海洋教育的主张;宁波、郭新丽《海洋教育重在传习海洋思维》强调海洋教育在培养人的思维方面的重要作用,提出传习海洋思维的重要价值。本组论文从专业研究视域出发,对海洋教育的基本概念、理论、方法与思维进行总体性探讨。This article reviewed the works of Cultivation of Marine Spirit and Quality for Future Humans by Li Wei-ran and Ma Yong,Marine Awareness and Literacy:New Targets of China’s Marine Education by Ma Yong,The Primary Educational Attribute of Marine Education by Liu Xunhua,and Ocean-oriented Thought to be Trained in Marine Education by Guo Xinli.It revealed the general implications of the elementary,systematic and comprehensive nature of marine education respectively highlighted in the works:focus on cultivating humans’marine spirit,a fresh view of system construction of marine literacy education,amendment of the marine literacy in Europe and the US to be the primary attribute for ocean-driven land development,and emphasis on the role of marine education in shaping ocean-oriented thought.It emphasized the academic exploration of the essential concepts,theories,methods and perspectives in tackling issues of marine education.
