摘 要:混合励磁电机内部励磁源由永磁和电励磁两种励磁源有机结合而成,具有气隙磁场调节方便、功率密度高和宽转速范围效率高等优点,在工业驱动、新能源发电和交通运载装备等领域具有广阔应用前景。从混合励磁电机的基本概念出发,重点围绕混合励磁同步电机和混合励磁磁场调制电机两种拓扑形式,阐述不同拓扑混合励磁电机的结构特点及其磁通调节机理。在此基础上,归纳出不同应用场合下混合励磁电机的通用设计方法和多维度协同控制方法。最后,围绕交通电气化背景,对此类电机在多电飞机、舰船和电动汽车上应用的技术现状和前景进行总结,并讨论该类电机的关键技术和发展方向。Benefiting from the effective combination of two excitation sources including the permanent magnet and field excitation, the hybrid excitation machine(HEM) has the advantages of the flexibly adjustable magnetic field, high power density, and high efficiency at wide speed range. It is a promising candidate in the applications of industrial drive, new energy power generation, and transportation. The structure features and flux regulation principles of two different types of HEMs, named hybrid excitation synchronous machine and hybrid excitation flux modulation machine, were overviewed. On this basis, the general design method and multi-dimensional coordinated control strategy of the HEMs for typical applications were presented. Under the background of transportation electrification, the state-of-art and prospects of the application of the HEMs in more-electric-aircrafts, electric ships, and electric vehicles were summarized. Finally, the key technology and further study direction of the HEMs were discussed.
