摘  要:英语教学是高校课程中最基础的学科,对于学生个人能力的提升有很大的帮助。反思性教学是提高高校英语教师教学水平和教学质量的有效途径。本文通过研究认为,教师应该重视反思性教学,定期进行反思性教学工作,完成学校领导布置下来的反思教学任务。The teaching of colleges and universities has always been the focus of attention as the teaching quality of colleges and universities is the key to the cultivation of talents.English is the most basic subject in the curriculum of colleges and universities,a good command of English is of great help to students'personal ability.Reflective teaching is an effective way to improve the teaching outcome of college English teachers,tackle the problems in English teaching in time,and enhance the overall quality of English teaching in colleges and universities.Teachers should attach great importance to reflective teaching,carry out reflective teaching activities regularly,and complete the reflective teaching tasks assigned by school authorities.
