线上教学在现代学徒制人才培养模式中的应用--以《印前工程师岗位课程》为例

摘　　要：针对高职现代学徒制学生边工作边学习的学情特征,采用项目教学法,通过线上课堂教学与企业岗位教学的结合,设计线上线下混合分层教学模式,校企双导师协作完成教学设计与实施,充分利用线上教学资源和平台,以学生为中心,提高学生学习能力,并解决现代学徒制线下集中教学困难的问题。In view of learning characteristics of modern apprenticeship in the higher vocational colleges that students work while learning,we adopt project teaching method,through the combination of classroom teaching and enterprise post teaching online,design online hybrid layered teaching mode,and the double mentors complete the design and implementation of teaching and make full use of online teaching resources platform,take the student as the center,to improve students'learning ability,and solve the problem of difficulties of offline concentrated teaching in modern apprenticeship.
