摘  要:医学教育作为教育领域最重要的学科之一,关系到人们的生命与发展的问题,如何提高医院教育质量是教育界与医学界一直研究的话题。在传统的医学教育中,基本是采用理论教学的模式,实践环节较少,这就导致了学生缺乏临床经验,在真正面临患者的时候无从下手,而且患者也无法信任没有临床经验或者经验不足的医生。因此,文章提出了CBL案例教学法,并通过引进教学内容将其应用在妇产科临床见习中,取得了不错的效果,为今后医学教育的临床见习提供了参考和借鉴资料。Medical education is one of the most important subject int the fields of education,related to people’s life and development.How to improve the quality of hospital education has been a research topic in the education and medical education.In traditional medical education,theoretical teaching is the main part,leading to students have no medical clinical experience to save the problems when they meet patients and patients cant’s trust doctors who don’t have clinical experience.Therefore,this paper puts forward CBL Case-Based Learning and through the introduction of teaching content.It has achieved good results in the Obstetrics and gynecology clinical internships.Also,it provides reference for clinical probation of medical education in the future.
