摘　　要：目的本研究基于药学服务发展的需要,构建高职院校临床药学专业方向药学服务人才培养体系。方法对基层卫生单位开展药学服务的现状和患者对药学服务的需求情况进行问卷调查和关联分析。结果以地方药学服务岗位需求为依据,改革临床药学专业方向课程体系,提升药学服务能力训练,探索面向药学服务的教学方式方法和师资培养模式。结论形成具有地方特色的高职院校教育体系,为社区、基层卫生单位和药店输送更多的优秀应用型药学人才,为人民群众的健康保驾护航。OBJECTIVE Based on the needs of the development of pharmaceutical service,the training system of Higher Vocational community pharmacy service personnel of clinical pharmacy is constructed.METHODS Questionnaire survey and correlation analysis were conducted on the current situation of pharmaceutical service in primary health units and patients′demand for pharmaceutical service.RESULTS Based on the needs of local pharmaceutical service posts,adjusts the curriculum system of clinical pharmacy,and to strengthen the practice ability training,to explore the teaching methods and teacher training for pharmaceutical services.CONCLUSION Once the locally characterized system of education in higher vocational colleges is formed,it can be transported more excellent applied pharmaceutical talents for the community,grass-roots health units and pharmacies,so as to better serve the public.
