摘  要:顶岗实习是高职院校教学体制改革的一项重要举措,也是高职人才培养工作中必不可缺的重要一环,本文结合当前高职院校顶岗实习质量评价存在的问题,通过构建多级多元评价组织系统、覆盖全程评价监督系统、加权量化评价指标体系,探讨其构建策略,以期促进高职院校顶岗实习质量的稳步提升。Post practice is an important measure in the reform of teaching system in higher vocational colleges,and it is also an indispensable link in the work of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Combining with the problems existing in the quality evaluation of post practice in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses its construction strategies by constructing multi-level evaluation organization system,covering the whole evaluation and supervision system,and weighted quantitative evaluation index system It is expected to promote the steady improvement of the quality of post practice in higher vocational colleges.
