摘　　要：在亲子沟通中,部分家长经常会使用一些暴力性语言,使孩子受到伤害。文章以孩子玩手机游戏不做数学作业为例,具体指导家长如何与孩子进行沟通,改善亲子关系。其中包括观察并陈述事实,认真倾听孩子的表达,发现孩子的内在感受和需要,对孩子提出具体要求等,以让孩子感受到关爱,使亲子沟通变得愉快和谐。In parent-child communication,some parents often use violent language to hurt their children.Taking children playing mobile games without doing math homework as an example,this paper specifically guides parents the strategy of communicate with children and improve parent-child relationship.It includes observing and stating the facts,listening to the children's expression,discovering the children's inner feelings and needs,and putting forward specific requirements for the children,so as to make the children feel love and make the parent-child communication happy and harmonious.
