摘　　要：目的:探讨双语是否可以延迟老年性痴呆发生的年龄。方法:以老年性痴呆(dementia)、阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer′s disease或AD)、认知损伤(cognitive impairment)和双语(bilingual^(*))为检索词,计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science核心、知网、万方和维普数据库,检索时间均为建库至2019年11月20日,系统收集在此期间发表的有关双语与老年性痴呆发生年龄关系的文献,文献类型为横断面研究(现况调查)。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的质量后,采用Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8篇原始研究,总样本量为1553人,单语组701人,双语组852人。Meta分析显示掌握双语的人群与仅掌握一门语言的人群相比,老年性痴呆发生年龄平均延迟4.61年(95%CI:-5.56~-3.65,P<0.05)。结论:双语可以延迟老年性痴呆发生的年龄。Objective:To investigate whether bilingualism can delay age at onset of dementia with meta-analysis.Methods:Using dementia,Alzheimer′s disease,cognitive impairment and bilingual*as search terms,then PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang data,VIP databases were electronically searched to collect literature of the association between bilingualism and the age at onset of dementiafrom inception to Nov 20th,2019.Cross-sectional studies that aimed to investigate the relationship between bilingualism and the onset of dementia were collected.Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data and assessed the quality of included studies.Then,meta-analysis was performed using Stata 12.0 software.Results:A total of 8 studies involving 1553 participates were finally included.There were 701 monolinguals and 852 bilinguals.The results of meta-analysis shows that bilingual patient′s first symptoms of dementia were,on average,4.61 years later than monolinguals(95%CI:-5.56--3.65,P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilingualism can delay the onset of dementia.
