摘　　要：喀什作为新疆人口最多的地区,各级医疗机构的影像技术人才在数量和质量上均存在不同程度的不足。针对现有问题,喀什职业技术学院拟设置医学影像技术高职专业,为喀什地区医学影像技术行业发展输送人才,不断提高医学影像技术服务质量。该文总结了2019年4月到2020年5月对喀什地区各医疗机构医学影像技术行业的调研结果,并对医学影像技术高职专业的建设提出建议。The quantity and quality of medical imaging technical personnel in medical institutions at all levels have varying degrees of deficiency in Kashgar,the most populous area in Xinjiang.In view of the existing problems,Kashgar Vocational and Technical College plans to set up a higher vocational major of medical imaging technology to provide talents for the development of medical imaging technology industry and constantly improve the service quality of medical imaging technology in Kashgar.This paper summarizes the results of the investigation on the medical imaging technology industry of medical institutions in Kashgar from April 2019 to May 2020,and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of higher vocational education of medical imaging technology.
