摘 要:目的:分析新护士转型冲击与人格解体的关系,并考察心理弹性在两者间的中介作用和调节作用。方法:采用方便取样的原则,使用新护士转型冲击评价量表、人格解体量表和中文版CD-RISC弹性量表对299名新护士进行调查。结果:转型冲击对新护士的人格解体有显著的预测作用(B=0.478,P<0.001);心理弹性在新护士转型冲击与人格解体之间起到部分中介作用,间接效应占总效应的13%;心理弹性在新护士转型冲击与人格解体之间具有调节作用(B=-0.264,ΔR^(2)=0.034,P<0.001)。结论:转型冲击能够正向预测新护士的人格解体水平,但心理弹性部分中介了这一影响;同时,随着心理弹性水平的提高,转型冲击与人格解体间的正向关系将显著减弱。Objective:To analyze the relationship between transition shock and depersonalization of new nurses,and test the mediating and moderating effect of resilience in the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 299new nurses were investigated by using the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale,Depersonalization Scale and Chinese version of CD-RISC scale.Results:Transition shock had a significantly predictive effect on new nurses'depersonalization(B=0.478,P<0.001);Resilience played a partial mediating role between transition shock and depersonalization,and indirect effect accounted for 13%of the total effect;Resilience had a moderating effect between transition shock and depersonalization(B=-0.264,ΔR^(2)=0.034,P<0.001).Conclusion:Transition shock can positively predict the level of new nurses'depersonalization,but resilience partially mediates this effect;Moreover,with the improvement of resilience,the positive relationship between them will be significantly weakened.
