急诊护士心理弹性与家庭功能和应对方式的相关性

摘　　要：目的:了解急诊护士心理弹性与家庭功能和应对方式的现状并探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用便利抽样法选取安徽省某市4所三甲医院212名急诊科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、简易应对方式量表对被试进行调查。结果:急诊护士心理弹性总分为28~100分,平均得分为(65.46±13.91)分;家庭功能得分为1~10分,平均得分为(8.16±1.98)分;积极应对平均得分为(2.11±0.54)分,消极应对平均得分为(1.32±0.58)分;心理弹性总分及各维度与家庭功能总分及各维度、应对方式中的积极应对方式呈正相关(P<0.01),且积极应对方式通过中介变量家庭功能对心理弹性产生间接的影响,中介效应量为40.89%。结论:急诊护士心理弹性与家庭功能以及应对方式中的积极应对呈显著正相关,家庭功能在心理弹性和积极应对方式之间起到部分中介作用。Objective:To understand the current situation of emergency nurses'psychological resilience,family functions and coping styles,and their relationship.Methods:A total of 212emergency department nurses from 4tertiary hospitals in a city of Anhui province were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method,and were investigated by using psychological resilience scale,family care index questionnaire and simple coping style scale.Results:The total score of resilience of emergency nurses was 28~100,with an average score of(65.46±13.91).The score of family function was 1~10,and the average score was(8.16±1.98).The average score of positive coping was(2.11±0.54),and the average score of negative coping was(1.32±0.58).The total score and dimensions of psychological resilience were positively correlated with the total score and dimensions of family function,and the positive coping styles in coping styles(P<0.01),and positive coping styles had indirect influence on psychological resilience through the intermediary variable family function,with the intermediary effect amount being 40.89%.Conclusion:The resilience of emergency nurses is significantly positively correlated with family function,and positive coping style,and family function has a partial mediating effect between resilience and positive coping style.
