摘 要:飞机结构疲劳试验系统是多组件多通道系统。加载过程中,各加载通道之间出现严重耦合现象,该耦合作用对试验速度有较大制约。为了解决这个问题,提出一种交叉补偿控制技术。推导了刚度协调矩阵,通过该矩阵导出交叉补偿矩阵,随后将该矩阵引入闭环反馈控制回路中,设计了一种交叉补偿控制算法,可以根据试验精度的变化对各通道控制器输出信号进行实时交叉补偿,加快试验系统的响应速度。针对四通道的机翼翼盒结构疲劳试验,通过数值仿真和物理试验的交叉验证,表明该方法是合理有效的。Aircraft structural fatigue testing system is a multi-component and multi-channel system.During the loading process,there is a serious coupling phenomenon between the loading channels,which has a great limitation on the testing speed..To solve this problem,a cross-compensation control technique is proposed in this paper.The stiffness compatibility matrix is derived.The cross-compensation matrix is further derived from the matrix.Then,the compensation matrix is introduced into the closed-loop feedback control loop,and a cross-compensation control algorithm is designed to crossly compensate the output signals of each channel controller in real time according to the change of test accuracy to speed up the response of the test system.The cross validation of numerical simulation and physical test for four-channel wing box structure fatigue test shows that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
