摘　　要：校企合作育人一直是国内外高等教育的重要手段。地方应用型高校主要是培养面向生产、经营、管理一线的高素质应用型人才,直接服务于区域行业企业,因此校企合作育人是提升其人才培养质量的必由之路。无锡太湖学院土木工程学院在多年校企合作的基础上,逐步构建了比较科学完善的“八双”校企合作育人机制,在提升育人质量方面做出了一定的贡献。School-enterprise cooperative education has always been an important means of higher education at home and abroad.Local applied colleges and universities mainly cultivate high-quality applied talents in the fields of production,operation and management,and directly serve regional enterprises.Therefore,school-enterprise cooperation is the only way to improve the quality of talent cultivation.On the basis of many years of school-enterprise cooperation,the School of Civil Engineering of Wuxi Taihu University has gradually constructed a relatively scientific and mature school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism of"eight-duals",which has made some contributions in improving the quality of education.
