摘　　要：高素质人才是国家重要资源。依据有机化学自身的特点,通过改变预习方法、授课方式、作业形式等培养学生的创新能力;借助化学的环境污染和实验安全,培养学生的道德素质;借助不良商家的人为食品污染事件,强化学生的遵纪守法观念;借助有机化合物结构对性能的巨大影响和微量杂质对人体巨大的伤害,激发学生的敬业精神,从而实现对高素质人才的培养。High quality talents are important national resources. According to the characteristics of organic chemistry itself, students’ innovative ability is cultivated by changing the pre-study method, teaching method and homework form, etc. With the aid of chemistry environmental pollution and the experimental security, student’s moral quality is raised. With the aid of the bad business’ s artif icial food pollution event, students’ concept of abiding by laws and regulations is strengthened. With the great influence of organic compound structure on performance and the great harm of trace impurities to human body, students’ professionalism is stimulated. Thereby, the cultivation of high-quality talents is accomplished.
