摘  要:目的分析微格教学法联合PBL教学法在慢性肾脏病临床规范化培训中的应用效果及可行性。方法选择本院从2019年1月—2020年1月在肾内科轮转的住院医师规范化培训基地轮转医师40人,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组20人给予多媒体教学介绍微格教学法和PBL教学法的实施方法,对照组20人给予传统带教模式进行教学。培训结束进行评价两组医师临床综合能力,同时比较两组教学效果。结果观察组规培化培训考试成绩为(94.6±4.5)分,问卷调查(97.5±2.0)分;对照组规培化培训考试成绩为(91.2±5.1)分,问卷调查(95.0±2.5)分,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微格教学联合PBL教学的新型教学模式,能提高规培医生对慢性肾脏病的认识,提升学生的临床综合能力,对本院实践教学改革和精品课程的建设起积极的推动作用。Objective The application effect and feasibility of the micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching method in the clinical standardized training of chronic kidney disease were analyzed.Methods Select our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.Rotating doctors in the department of nephrology standardized training base of 40 rotating doctors,randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 people of the observation group were given multimedia teaching to introduce microteaching method in the implementation method of PBL teaching method,20 people in the control group were given the traditional teaching mode for teaching.At the end of the training,the clinical comprehensive abilities of the two groups of doctors were evaluated,and the teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group scored(94.6±4.5)points for the standardized training exam and questionnaire survey(97.5±2.0);the control group scored(91.2±5.1)for the standardized training exam and questionnaire survey(95.0±2.5).It was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode of micro-teaching combined with PBL teaching improves the doctor's understanding of chronic kidney disease,improves the students’comprehensive clinical ability,and plays a positive role in promoting the practice teaching reform and the construction of quality courses in the hospital.
