摘　　要：通过对英国刘易斯镇的旅游规划与设计的探讨,本文试图从人类学的视角去探讨旅游的终极意义、旅游业在国家文化软实力中的作用、旅游教育如何成功实施等问题,以期对我国旅游业后发地区的旅游规划与设计有所参考。From the perspective of anthropology and through the exploration on tourism plan and design of Lewis town of Britain,the paper,tries to probe the ultimate meaning of travel,the function of tourist industry in cultural soft power of a nation and the successful fulfilling of tourist education,and hopes to provide references on tourist plan and design for developing areas in tourist industry of our country.
