摘  要:目的评价睑缘下切口鼻内镜下经鼻导航整复爆裂性眶壁骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析解放军第980医院2010年1月至2018年6月眶内壁与眶下壁联合的爆裂性骨折者21例(21眼)的临床资料。患者均接受睑缘下切口鼻内镜下经鼻导航眶壁骨折整复术。术后随访1年,观察骨折复位、眼球突出度、眼球运动、复视及并发症等情况。结果术后随访1年,治愈18例(85.71%,18/21),好转3例(14.29%,3/21),有效率100%。结论睑缘下切口鼻内镜下经鼻导航整复眶内壁与眶下壁联合的爆裂性骨折疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of edocopic transnasal navigation combined via lower eyelid incision in the treatment of blowout orbital wall fracture.Methods The clinical data of 21 eyes of 21 patients with blowout fracture of inner and inferior obbital wall from Jan.2010 to Jun.2018 in the 980 Hospital of the People*s Liberation Army were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were treated incision with endoscopic transnasal navigation orbital wall fracture reduction via lower eyelid.The follow-up time was 1 year.The reduction of fracture,exophthalmos,ocular movement,diplopia and complications were observed.Results After 1 year follow-up,18 cases(85.71%,18/21)were cured,3 cases(14.29%,3/21)were improved,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The treatment of the blowout fracture of the infraorbital wall and the inner wall of the orbit with the nasal endoscopic navigation via the incision of the lower eyelid margin and is effective.
