摘 要:目的了解海南省开发区沿海城市甲壳类虾蛄中重金属的富集状况,为其食用的安全性提供指导意见。方法2019年5—6月分别在海南省4个沿海市县(文昌市、万宁市、儋州市和昌江县)的农贸市场采集虾蛄80份,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法和统计学分析方法(Kruskal-Wallis H),针对虾蛄中15种重金属的含量分布特征进行分析,并参考国家标准限量法《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》对其进行评价。结果虾蛄中15种重金属均有检出,除了镉、总砷、铜和铝外,其余11种元素含量水平较低,其中镉的超标率为65.0%,总砷含量超过海产品中无机砷的限量值(0.5 mg/kg)占92.5%,4个市县虾蛄中镉、铜、砷和铝含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(H=7.890、10.181、10.272、8.291,均P<0.05)。结论海南省沿海城市周边海洋环境存在不同程度重金属污染,虾蛄中镉的含量超标问题较为突出,其余14种元素暴露风险水平相对较低,应当加强生态环境治理措施。Objective To understand the enrichment of heavy metals in the shellfish of Squilla in coastal cities of Development Zone in Hainan Province,provide a guidance for the food safety.Methods Totally 80 Squilla samples were collected from traditional markets of four coastal cities(Wenchang City,Wanning City,Danzhou City and Changjiang County)in Hainan Province from May to June in 2019.The characteristic of content distribution of 15 heavy metals in Squilla was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and the statistical method of Kruskal-Wallis H,and the results were evaluated with reference to the national standard limit method of the national standards for food safety-limits for contaminants in food.Results All of 15 heavy metals were detected in Squilla,and the content of 11 elements was relatively low except cadmium,total arsenic,copper and aluminum.The over standard rate of cadmium was 65.0%,and the 92.5%of samples had the results in the content of total arsenic exceeded the limit standard(0.5 mg/kg)of inorganic arsenic in seafood.There were statistically significant differences in the contents of cadmium,copper,arsenic and aluminum in Squilla among four cities/counties(H=7.890,10.181,10.272,8.291,all P<0.05).Conclusion There are different levels of heavy metal pollution in marine environment of coastal cities from Hainan Province.The problem of cadmium content in Squilla exceeds the standard is obvious,and the exposure risk of other 14 elements was relatively low.It is necessary to strengthen the measures for ecological environment control.
