摘 要:在互联网环境下,本研究以培养医学研究生自主学习能力出发,分析了在互联网环境下医学研究生自主学习的现状,对医学研究生自主学习能力的问题从教师层面包括教学方式的改变,新技术的引用等;学生层面包括学生自身学习动机和学习策略的培养;对目前各高校对于自主学习能力的评估情况进行分析,并提出培养和提高医学研究生自主学习能力的思路和对策、学生自主学习能力的评价指标选择。包括对研究生的知识、能力、素质以及态度的综合评价,这些措施和评价指标不仅可以提高他们的学术水平,更重要的是使他们养成自主学习习惯,有利于他们未来的更好的发展。Under the Internet environment,in order to cultivate the autonomous learning ability of medical postgraduates,this study analyzes the current situation of autonomous learning of medical postgraduates in the Internet environment.the problem of autonomous learning ability of medical postgraduates includes the change of teaching methods and the citation of new technology from the teacher level;the student level includes the cultivation of students’own learning motivation and learning strategies.This paper analyzes the current evaluation of autonomous learning ability in colleges and universities,and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to cultivate and improve the autonomous learning ability of medical graduate students,and the selection of evaluation indicators of students’autonomous learning ability.Including the comprehensive evaluation of the knowledge,ability,quality and attitude of graduate students,these measures and evaluation indicators can not only improve their academic level,but also enable them to develop autonomous learning habits,which is conducive to their better development in the future.
