摘　　要：高等院校特别是科研院所和研究型大学医学专业如何在本科教育中加强学生科技创新能力是培养拔尖型创新医学人才具有重要的意义,也是教学改革的重点。故本文通过分析目前高校本科生早期科研训练的现状,就我校近年来在医学本科生早期科研团队培养方面的体会进行分享,探讨如何在医学本科生中开展早期科研训练。How to strengthen students’ scientific and technological innovation ability in undergraduate education is of great significance for universities,especially scientific research institutes and research universities.Therefore,in this research we analyzed the current situation of the early scientific research training of undergraduates in colleges and universities,and shared the experience of our university in the early scientific research team training of medical undergraduates in recent years.We hope this research can serve as a reference for us to discuss how to develop the undergraduate scientific research.
