摘　　要：高职百万扩招带来招生规模、数量的增长,同时也带来了教学质量难提升的困惑,本文在调查扩招生源学情分析的基础上,提出了对教学质量的思考,阐述了基于PDCA理论教学质量监控体系改进的必要性,通过PDCA理论的运用,初步形成“多主体、分层次、全过程、多方法”的教学质量监控体系,助力提升教育教学质量水平。The expansion of higher vocational colleges brings an increase in the scale and quantity of enrollment.At the same time,it also brings confusion about the difficulty of improving teaching quality.Based on the analysis on the source of enrollment expansion,this thesis puts forward the thinking on teaching quality,and elaborates the necessity of improving the teaching quality control system based on PDCA Theory.Through the application of PDCA Theory,a teaching quality control system of having rich subjects,distinct levels,comprehensive processes and diversified methods is initially formed.Meanwhile,it helps improve the teaching quality.
