摘 要:目的:为实现儿童保健过程中对早期口腔正畸问题的筛查诊断,提出一种适用于家庭和教育机构等生活场景的基于人脸识别技术的早期筛查诊断技术。方法:采集长期张口呼吸、腺样体或扁桃体肥大患儿人群人脸图像,基于儿童颌面部形态与口腔畸形之间的特定关系,通过特征分析、特征提取、机器学习算法分类等步骤,建立口腔正畸早期诊断关系模型。结果与结论:提出一种基于人脸识别技术的儿童口腔正畸筛查诊断技术,具有无创、低成本、筛查场景灵活等特点,为儿童口腔保健提出一种新的技术思路。Objective:In order to realize the screening and diagnosis of early orthodontic problems in the process of children health care,an early screening and diagnosis technology based on face recognition technology was proposed,which was suitable for families and educational institutions.Methods:Facial image of children with long-term openmouth breathing and adenoid tonsillar hypertrophy were collected.Based on the specific relationship between children's maxillofacial morphology and oral deformity,the relationship model of early orthodontic diagnosis was established through the steps of feature analysis,feature extraction,machine learning algorithm classification and so on.Results and Conclusion:A facial recognition based orthodontic screening and diagnosis technology for children is proposed,which has the characteristics of noninvasive,low cost,flexible screening scene,etc.,and provides a new technical idea for children's oral health care.
