摘  要:为研究酵母膏中生物素质量浓度对冬虫夏草菌发酵产量和质量的影响,以冬虫夏草菌中国被毛孢为供试菌株,考察不同生物素添加量条件下菌体量、pH及甘露醇的变化情况。结果表明:在一定范围内,这3个关键产量和质量参数随着生物素添加量的变化而变化。当生物素添加量为100μg/L时,干质量质量浓度为7.43 g/L,甘露醇质量分数为0.58%,但是当生物素质量浓度超过300μg/L时,甘露醇质量分数增幅不明显。因此,合理控制酵母膏中生物素质量浓度不仅能提高冬虫夏草菌产量,也能一定程度上提高甘露醇的质量分数。In order to study the effect of biotin content on the fermentation yield and quality of winter worm summer herb in yeast paste,the changes of bacteria mass,pH and glycol under different biotin addition conditions were examined by using Hirsutella sinensis as a test strain.The results show that,within a certain range,these three key yield and quality parameters change with the amount of biotin added.When the biotin addition was 100μg/L,the dry weight and glycol content reached 7.43 g/L and 0.58%,respectively;but when the biotin concentration exceeded 300μg/L,the increase in glycol content was not significant.Therefore,reasonable control of the biotin content in yeast extract not only improve the yield of insect grass,but also increase the mass fraction of glycol.
