摘　　要：目的探讨RACK1在子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取经手术治疗且病理学确诊为宫颈癌的组织标本100例作为宫颈癌组,同时取距宫颈癌组织3 cm以上的宫颈组织作为癌旁组60例作为研究对象。应用免疫组化法及RT-PCR法测定RACK1在宫颈癌组及癌旁组的表达。结果免疫组化法结果显示:①宫颈癌组RACK1蛋白阳性表达率66.00%,高于宫颈癌旁组阳性表达率8.33%;②RACK1蛋白在低分化宫颈癌组织中的表达率高于高、中分化者,在有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织中的表达率高于无淋巴结转移者。RT-PCR法检测结果显示:子宫颈癌组RACK1 mRNA平均相对表达量高于宫颈癌旁组。结论RACK1在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达较高,且其表达与肿瘤的分化程度及淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of RACK1 in cervical cancer.Methods 100 Tissue specimen of cervical cancer who were operated and diagnosed by pathology,were selected as cervical cancer group.At the same time,60 cases of cervical tissue which were taken from more than 3cm distance from the edge of cervical cancer tissue were taken as the paracancerous group.The expression of RACK1 in cervical cancer group and paracancerous group was measured by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Results Immunohistochemical showed:1.The positive expression rate of RACK1 protein in cervical cancer group was 66.00%,higher than the paracancerous group which was 8.33%.2.Expression of RACK1 protein in low differentiation cervical cancer tissues was higher than that in high and medium differentiated tissues,the expression rate of cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis.RT-PCR showed that the average relative expression of RACK1 mRNA in cervical cancer group was higher than that in paracancerous group.Conclusion The positive expression of RACK1 in cervical cancer is higher,and its expression is related to the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
