摘 要:近年来,通识教育作为一种教育理念已逐渐被我国的教育界所接受,并开始在一些高校中得到实践。中医文化由于具备自然科学性和人文性的双重属性,因此带有中国传统文化的丰富色彩,包括中医的理论基础、诊断和治疗思想、哲学思想和人文特色、疾病概念以及对疾病的预后和防护。所有概念都渗透着深厚的人文特质。将中医文化的内容纳入大学的通识教育体系,将有利于大学生提高健康意识,学习与科学健康观相关的健康知识,增强体力,提高学习效率,感受中医文化的魅力,提高对传统文化的认同感,从而提高自身的文化素养。In recent years,general education,as an educational concept,has been gradually accepted by China's education circle,and has begun to be practiced in some universities.Traditional Chinese medicine culture,with its dual nature of natural science and humanity,has rich colors of traditional Chinese culture,including its theoretical basis,diagnosis and treatment thoughts,philosophical thoughts and humanistic characteristics,concept of diseases,prognosis and protection against diseases.All concepts are permeated with profound humanistic characteristics.Integrating the content of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the general education system of universities will improve college students'health awareness,help them learn health knowledge related to scientific health concept,enhance their physical strength,improve their learning efficiency,help them feel the charm of traditional Chinese medicine culture,improve their sense of identity with traditional culture,and thus improve their cultural accomplishment.
