摘  要:从西方引入的翻转课堂教学模式虽然受到国内教育者的广泛关注,但在国内实施中出现了“水土不服”现象,文章分析了翻转课堂在我国高职院校实施中遇到的问题和难点,提出了对翻转课堂进行本土化改革的建设思路,构建了“三阶段、三环节、六步骤”的本土化翻转课堂组织实施路径,并以《仓储与配送管理》课程为例进行了实证研究,最后从教学设计、资源建设、环境要求、教学组织、过程管控、评价反馈六个方面提出了本土化翻转课堂的实施建议,对高职院校的课程改革有很强的借鉴价值。Flip the classroom teaching mode while received extensive attention of domestic educators,but there is a problem in the domestic implementation,this paper analyzes the flip classroom in higher vocational colleges in our country some problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation,puts forward the train of thought on construction of flip localization reform classroom,build the“six steps”three stages,three links,the localization of flip to organize the implementation of class path,and to the warehousing and distribution management course as an example for empirical study.Finally,it puts forward the implementation suggestions of localized flipped classroom from six aspects,including teaching design,resource construction,environmental requirements,teaching organization,process control and evaluation feedback,which can provide a strong reference value for the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges.
