摘　　要：专业群人才培养模式是应用型高校培养复合性创新性应用型人才的改革探索。在深入分析应用型高校专业群教学团队职业素质及其特征基础上,认为“双师双能”和“创新创业”型教师是应用型高校专业群教学团队的主要类型。专业群教学团队建设还处于认知不清的摸索阶段、专业教师与专业群教师角色定位模糊、专业群师资结构不合理、学科骨干教师以及“双师双能”和“创新创业”型教师严重不足。为此,从专业群教学团队带头人培养、产教融合和校企合作联合培养、产业链对接等多维度加强应用型高校专业群教学团队内涵建设。The education mode of specialty group is the reform and exploration of compound, innovative and applied talents in application-oriented universities. The key to deepening the supply-side structural reformof universities and improving the quality of talents trainingis to cultivate and build a high-quality teaching team. Based on the in-depth analysis of the professional quality and characteristicsof the teaching team of the specialty group, the paper thinks the "dual-ability" and "innovation and entrepreneurship" teachers are themain types of teaching teams in application-oriented universities. The construction of the teaching teamof specialty group is still in thestage of cognitive confusion, the role orientation of specialty teachers and specialty Group teachers is inconspicuous, the teachers structureof specialty group is unreasonable, the backbone teachers and "dual-ability" and "innovation and entrepreneurship" teachers areseriously inadequate. Therefore, we should strengthen the connotation construction of the teaching teamof application-oriented universitiesfromthe multi-dimensions such as the training of the leaders of the teaching team, the integration of production and teaching, thejoint training of school-enterprise cooperation, and the connection of the industrial chain.
