摘  要:激励更多新生代乡村教师实现破茧成蝶走向“蝶化发展”,对于提高乡村教师整体素养、实现乡村教育振兴具有举足轻重的意义。文章采用扎根理论为主的质性分析方法,对贵州省10位新生代乡村名师事迹进行分析,研究其成长特质,挖掘根源,从而为新生代乡村教师的“蝶化发展”以及乡村教师队伍建设提供参考。encouraging more new generation of rural teachers to achieve "butterfly development" is of great significance to improve theoverall quality of rural teachers and realize the revitalization of rural education.? By using the qualitative analysis method based on therooted theory, this paper analyzes the deeds of 10 famous rural teachers of the newgeneration in Guizhou Province, studies their growthcharacteristics and traces the root causes, so as to provide some ideas for the“butterfly development”of the newgeneration of rural teachersand the cultivation of rural teachers.
