摘　　要：新教员是高校师资队伍的重要组成,是承担教学工作的新生力量。由于新时代背景下军队院校教育提出新的理念,因此新教员如何及时响应并上好一堂课至关重要。该文首先介绍了新时代军事教育方针,并针对此给出教学策略及建议,然后深入分析了新教员课堂教学常见的问题,提出详细的对策和解决方法,最后对新教员自身能力素质培养与提升的途径和方法谈了几点体会。以期对高校新教员入职后在教育教学工作方面的快速成长有所助益。New teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in colleges and universities,and they are the new force to undertake the teaching work.Because of the new concept of military academy education in the new era,it is very important for the new teachers to respond in time and give a good lesson.This paper first introduces the military education policy in the new era,and gives teaching strategies and suggestions,then analyzes the common problems of new teachers'classroom teaching,puts forward detailed countermeasures and solutions,and finally discusses some experiences on the ways and methods of cultivating and improving the new teachers'own ability and quality.It is expected to be helpful to the rapid growth of new teachers in education and teaching.
