摘　　要：在线教育经过较长时间的发展,供给与需求的矛盾日益凸显。在线教育供给侧结构性改革既有价值需求,又有实施技术基础,也具备较好的实施契机。在线教育供给侧结构性改革的攻坚重点在于形成在线教育与社会需求的互动,消除在线教育发展的制度性障碍,形成协同供给的体制机制,实现供需对接。要实现在线教育供给侧结构性改革的战略,需要打破制度壁垒,建立在线教育市场生态;加快终身教育体系建设,通过拓展人才成长多元通道增加在线教育人口;发展教育大数据,发挥技术对供给侧结构性改革的推动作用;加快学分银行建设,促进在线教育体系多元素交互;培养在线教育创业者,促进在线教育供给侧领域的多元细分。With the development of online education for a long time,the contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.The supply-side structural reform of online education has not only the value demand,but also the technical basis and good opportunity for implementation.The key points in the supply-side structural reform of online education are to form the interaction between online education and social needs,to eliminate the institutional obstacles in the development of online education,to form a collaborative supply system and mechanism,so as to realize the docking between supply and demand.In order to realize the strategy of supply-side structural reform of online education,it is necessary to break institutional barriers and establish online education market ecology,speed up the construction of lifelong education system and increase the online education population by expanding the multiple channels for talent growth,develop education big data and play the role of technology in promoting supply-side structural reform,accelerate credit bank construction and promote online education system multi-element interaction,and cultivate online education entrepreneurs and promote multiple segmentation of the online education supply-side field.
