摘　　要：近年来,我国许多行业在IT建设方面进行大量应用开发和系统建设。为了在确保系统正常运行基础上节省更多精力与时间,就需要以信息化为基础科学构建IT服务管理系统,使IT服务水平获得全面提升。为此,文章对IT服务管理的概念进行阐述,对以信息化为基础的IT服务管理系统进行深层次探究,以实现IT和业务的全面整合,使组织效益和效率充分提高。In recent years,our country from all walks of life are more and more attention to the introduction of modern information technology,and many fields are established informationization consensus,to promote the development of industry in the IT construction of a large number of application development and system construction based on to ensure normal operation of the system in order to save more energy and time,you need to scientific information to construct IT service management system,make IT service levels improve.
