摘  要:目的探讨微信微格联合PBL教学法在中西医结合护理专业介入教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年7月—2019年9月于介入科学习的60名中西医结合护理专业学生随机分为观察组和对照组,各30名。其中对照组给予PBL教学法,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用微信微格教学模式进行教学,教学结束后对60名学生的理论、临床操作进行考核、对比。结果观察组理论知识良好率为70.0%(21/30),显著优于对照组的36.7%(11/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实践技能良好率为73.3%(22/30),显著优于对照组的40.0%(12/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习兴趣感兴趣率为76.7%(23/30),显著优于对照组的43.3%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于临床教学而言,2种方法都可取得一定成效,但相较而言,2种方法联合教学不仅更加有利于提升学生的学习兴趣,而且还能提高护理学生对临床介入操作的水平,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat micro teaching combined with PBL teaching method in intervention teaching of nursing specialty of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 60 cases of nursing students of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine who studied in the interventional department of our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 30 cases.The control group was given PBL teaching method,while the observation group was given the WeChat micro teaching mode on the basis of the control group,and the theory and clinical operation of 60 students after teaching were compared.Results The good rate of basic knowledge in the observation group was 70.0%(21/30),which was significantly better than 36.7%(11/30)of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of practical skills in the observation group was 73.3%(22/30),which was significantly better than 40.0%(12/30)of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the interest rate of learning interest in the observation group was 76.7%(23/30),which was significantly better than 43.3%(13/30)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For clinical teaching,both methods can achieve certain results,but compared with the two methods,WeChat Wedge compared with PBL teaching method were not only more conducive to enhancing students’learning interest,but also could improve the level of clinical intervention for nursing students.It is worth to be further clinical application.
