摘　　要：学校的人才培养质量主要由课程的建设水平和成效决定,课程是学校内涵建设的核心内容,是人才培养的主要抓手,课程教学效果体现学校和教师的"基本功"。优质"金课"的核心内涵是有效性、创新性、挑战度。开发优质"金课"的逻辑起点和基本途径是制定有效管用的制度、修订优化人才培养方案、组建打造优秀教学团队、编写选用一体化复合教材、参与建设国家级教学资源库。优质"金课"的开发是培养高素质技术技能应用型人才的基本工程。The quality of school talent cultivation is mainly determined by the level and effect of curriculum construction.The curriculum is the core content of the connotation construction of school and starting point of talent cultivation,and the teaching effect of the courses reflects the basic skills of the school and teachers.The core connotation of high quality“excellent courses”is effectiveness,innovation and challenge.The logical starting point and basic approach to develop high quality“excellent courses”are to formulate effective systems,revise and optimize the talent cultivation program,build an excellent teaching team,compile and select integrated composite teaching materials and participate in the construction of national teaching resources database.The development of high quality“excellent courses”is a basic project to cultivate high quality applied talents with technical skills.
