摘 要:20世纪80年代以来的美国新品格教育,在经历了二三十年代品格教育的盛行期、四五十年代品格教育的衰落期,以及80年代品格教育的重新复兴后,呈现出不同于传统品格教育的特点。新品格教育在教育理念上坚持权威与自由相统一,在教育模式上注重行为与反思并行,在教育内容上重视核心价值观的教育,在教育方法上强调主体性和多样性并存。探究美国新品格教育的特点,对我们今天审视我国道德教育的现状,解决道德教育中存在的一些问题有所助益。启示我们要更为注重个体的心理素质教育;要加强社会主义核心价值观教育,形成道德共识;要重视道德实践,促使教育生活化;要建构道德教育合力机制,形成全民性教育。The new character education in the United States since the 1980s experienced the prevailing period of character education in the 1920s and 1930s,the declining period of character education in the 1940s and 1950s,and the Renaissance of character education in the 1980s.It is different from the traditional character education.The new character education insists on the unity of authority and freedom in educational concept,emphasizes the parallel of behavior and reflection in educational model,lays stress on the education of core values in educational content,and attaches an importance to the coexistence of subjectivity and diversity in educational method.To explore the characteristics of the new character education in America is helpful for us to examine the present situation of moral education in our country and solve some problems in moral education.We should pay more attention to individual psychological quality education;We should strengthen the education of socialist core values and form a moral consensus.We should attach importance to moral practice and promote education in daily life;We should construct the joint force mechanism of moral education and form a universal education.
