庄户学与山东根据地教育改革中的小学教育

摘　　要：庄户学是山东根据地小学教育中出现的一种教学组织形式。由于适应教育与抗战结合、教育与群众结合、教育与生产结合的现实需要,庄户学成为1944-1946年山东根据地教育改革的方向和样板得到大力推广,对农村群众教育的发展起到了积极推动作用。但另一方面,许多地区也出现了强行取消小学,一律改办庄户学的简单化错误做法,对当时已经逐步正规化的小学教育造成了很大冲击。随着山东根据地教育改革政策的调整,山东根据地的小学教育又在吸收庄户学优点的基础上逐步走上新型正规化的轨道。Chuang Huxue is a new kind of teaching organizational form innovated in primary school education in Shandong base area.It soon became a determined direction and model of education reform during 1944-1946 because of its perfect combination with war,producing and the masses.While It contributed a lot to the rural adult education,it also replaced the formal primary school education when it was implemented simply and Inappropriately.Later,with the adjustment of education reform policies,the primary school education turned to the right track again on the basis of assimilating the advantages of Chuanghuxue.
