摘 要:采用扎根理论研究法,通过体验式课程访谈,深入探索体验式文化传播的效果和有效因素。研究表明,体验式学习在信息传递者、课程内容、学习氛围、学习者个人特质、学习方式等多因素共同作用下对文化传播效果产生积极影响,具有良好的教学及文化传播效果。在体验式文化传播中,要提高文化传播者自身综合素养,精心设计文化传播内容,营造良好的文化体验氛围,针对不同对象设计个性化体验活动,使其成为齐鲁文化走出去的有效方式和路径。From the perspective of psychology, this research paper has adopted the grounded theory of qualitative research to explore the effectiveness and effective factors of experiential culture transmission through the interview of students from experiential learning courses. Research showed that experiential learning has a positive effect on culture transmission under the combined influence of multiple factors such as information transmitters, course content, learning atmosphere, learners’ personal characteristics and learning styles, and has good effect on teaching and culture transmission. It’s necessary to improve the overall quality of culture transmitters, carefully design the content to be transmitted, create a good culture experiential atmosphere, and design personalized experiential activities for different subjects in the process of experiential culture transmission, so that experiential culture transmission can become an effective way and path for Qilu culture to spread out.
