摘 要:通过网络调查问卷调查常熟市7~12岁少儿膳食习惯,分析其影响因素以改善少儿膳食营养状况.结果显示,少儿肥胖率偏高,且男生高于女生,同时存在挑食、偏食以及营养过剩等问题.分析结果说明重视早餐食用频率、加餐食物种类以及营养教育对改善少儿膳食营养有积极的影响.In order to improve the quality of children’s diet and improve their dietary nutrition status,the objective of this paper was to investigate the dietary habits,feeding frequency of children aged 7-12 in Changshu City,and to analyze the influencing factors.The dietary questionnaire was conducted online,and the data was analyzed by software.The result of the dietary questionnaire indicated that the overall obesity rate of the children was high,among which the obesity rate of boys was higher than that of girls,and that there were problems of picky,partial food and over-nutrition.In conclusion,more attention should be paid to the frequency of breakfast consumption,to the types of extra food and to nutrition education,which will have positive effects on improving children’s dietary nutrition.
