摘 要:目的:测定婴幼儿谷类辅食中铅、镉、镍、砷、汞、铬、铝、铜、硒、钒、锰、锂、锑、钡、锡、铁、锌17种金属元素的含量。方法:用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS)测定婴幼儿谷类辅食中17种金属元素,以铑、锗、铟元素作为内标校正样品的基体效应和仪器信号漂移可能对测试结果造成的影响。结果:在优化条件下,婴幼儿谷类辅食中各元素的方法检出限为0.003~0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为92.5%~106.4%,精密度为0.43%~3.34%。结论:该测定方法简便、快速、准确,适用于婴幼儿谷类辅食中多元素的快速检测。Objective:The content of 17 kinds of metallic elements of lead,cadmium,nickel,arsenic,mercury,chromium,aluminum,copper,selenium,vanadium,manganese,lithium,antimony,barium,tin,iron and zinc in cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children was determined.Methods:Determination of 17 kinds of metallic elements in cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS).Using rhodium,germanium and indium as internal standards to correct the matrix effect of samples and the possible influence of instrument signal drift on the test process.Results:Under the optimized conditions,the detection limit of each element in cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children is 0.003~0.05 mg/kg,the recovery rate of standard addition is 92.5%~106.4%,and the relative standard deviation of precision is 0.43%~3.34%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and is suitable for the rapid determination of multi elements in cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children.
