摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法建立蔬菜水果中高氯酸盐的检测方法,并对广西南宁市售蔬菜水果中高氯酸盐的污染情况进行检测分析。样品用水-乙腈(7:13,v/v)提取,PRiME HLB柱净化后,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测,^(18)O标记高氯酸根同位素内标定量。方法经过优化和验证,满足蔬菜水果的检测要求。分析104份蔬菜水果样品中高氯酸盐的污染情况,结果表明,蔬菜和水果中高氯酸盐检出率分别为77.4%和40.5%,平均含量分别为24.01μg/kg和4.45μg/kg,其中,叶菜类蔬菜中高氯酸盐平均含量最高,为40.22μg/kg。以欧盟推荐值0.1 mg/kg为限量参考,样品超标率为3.8%,表明南宁市售蔬菜水果中高氯酸盐污染较少,相对安全。An analytical method of perchlorate in vegetables and fruits by ultra‒high performance liquid chromatography‒tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was establish and the contamination of commercial vegetables and fruits in Nanning was investigated.Samples were extracted with water‒acetonitrile(7:13,v/v),cleaned up with PRiME HLB column prior to being detected by UPLC-MS/MS.Quantification was performed using an^(18)O‒labelled perchlorate anion internal standard.The method was optimized and validated to meet the requirements for the detection of vegetables and fruits.Furthermore,the pattern of contamination of perchlorate in 104 samples of vegetables and fruits were analyzed.The results showed that in vegetables and fruits,the detection rate of perchlorate was 77.4%and 40.5%,the average detection value was 24.01μg/kg and 4.45μg/kg.The level of perchlorate in leafy vegetables was highest with an average 40.22μg/kg.Taking the EFSA recommended value of 0.1 mg/kg as the limit reference,the sample exceeding the standard rate was 3.8%,which indicated that the perchlorate pollution in vegetables and fruits sold in Nanning was less and relatively safe.
