摘 要:目的探讨病例分析结合以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)在儿科规范化培训医师神经内科专业培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月1日至2019年12月31日在西安市儿童医院神经内科轮转的62名儿科规培学员,随机将其分为观察组(32名,病例分析结合PBL教学法)和对照组(30名,传统教学方法)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组的病例分析成绩、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组认为教学模式能激发学习兴趣、有助于课程理解、能提高分析问题的能力及能提高交流合作能力的学员占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论病例分析结合PBL教学法应用于儿科住院医师规范化培训神经内科专业教学中取得了较好的效果。Objective To explore the application effect of case analysis combined with problem-based learning method(PBL)in neurology professional training of pediatric standardized training physicians.Methods A total of 62 pediatric standardized training students who rotated in the neurology department of Xi'an children's hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(32 cases,case analysis combined with PBL teaching method)and control group(30 cases,traditional teaching method).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The case analysis results and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of students who thought that the teaching mode can stimulate learning interest,help to understand the course,improve the ability of analyzing problems and improve the ability of communication and cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Case analysis combined with PBL teaching method applied to the neurology professional training of pediatric standardized training physicians can achieve good effect.
