摘  要:目的探讨多学科诊疗模式(MDT)在肿瘤学临床实践教学中的改革价值。方法对肿瘤学MDT教学模式的意义和当前存在的问题展开全面分析,提出改进建议。结果MDT教学模式能有效提升肿瘤专科医生的综合诊疗能力。但该模式在教师中接受程度不足,缺乏成熟的规范和管理模式,缺乏专业从事多学科诊疗模式教学的教师,从而制约了肿瘤学专业人才的培养。结论建立和完善肿瘤MDT教学模式,是肿瘤学临床实践教学工作的迫切需求,有助于培养高质量的肿瘤学人才,加速肿瘤学科发展。Objective To discuss the significance of multidisciplinary team(MDT)in oncology education reform in the clinical practice.Methods The significance and problems of MDT-based oncology education were fully analyzed and suggestions for its improvement were proposed.Results Oncology education based on MDT can effectively improve clinicians’all-round ability for disease diagnosis and treatment.However,this model was not completely accepted by teachers,which restricts the training of professionals on oncology.Conclusion It is urgently needed to establish and improve oncology education based on MDT in the clinical practice to train high quality talents in this field and accelerate the development of oncology.
