摘　　要：大数据技术对高职院校教务管理工作创新有重要的价值,可以提升教学管理质量,优化学籍管理模式,提高教学评价效果。目前,高职院校教务管理工作存在教务管理系统功能不完善、教务管理人员缺乏大数据管理能力、教务管理系统软硬件投入不足和大数据无法有效共建共享等问题。因此,高职院校要提升教务管理工作者的数据管理能力,构建大数据管理智能系统,建设教务管理大数据共享平台,创新教务管理工作,切实提高教学管理水平。Big data technology has important value to the innovation of teaching affairs management in higher vocational colleges,which can improve the quality of teaching management,optimize the management mode of student status,and improve the effect of teaching evaluation. At present,it has some problems,such as the imperfect functions of the management system,the staff’s lack of big data management ability,the insufficient investment of hardware and software and the inability of big data to build and share effectively. Therefore,higher vocational colleges should improve the data management ability of the managers, construct the intelligent system of big data management,build the big data sharing platform, innovate the work of teaching affairs management,and truly improve the level of teaching management.
