摘　　要：目的:调查三甲医院护理实习生实习初期职业紧张现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对某三级甲等医院的护理实习生进行调查。结果:学历、是否有过社会经验和选择本专业原因是职业紧张的影响因素。结论:护理实习生实习初期的职业紧张有待改善。Objective:to investigate the current situation of occupational stress among nursing interns in Grade 3 A hospitals and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:a questionnaire survey was conducted among nursing interns in a tertiary hospital.Results:education background,social experience and the reason of choosing this major are the influencing factors of occupational stress.Conclusion:the occupational stress of nursing interns in the early stage of practice needs to be improved.
