摘  要:目的了解连云港市农贸市场双壳贝类中诺如病毒污染状况。方法于2019年6、8和11月在连云港三县三区各采集10份双壳贝类食物,共180份,及时分离消化腺于-75℃保存,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测诺如病毒基因型。结果 5种双壳贝类中诺如病毒基因总检出率为26.67%(48/180),基因型分型中GⅠ型检出率为5.00%(9/180)、GⅡ型检出率为17.78%(32/180)、GⅠ+GⅡ型检出率为3.89%(7/180);诺如病毒基因检出率在采样月份、地区分布无差异;帘蛤科诺如病毒检出率最高。结论连云港市农贸市场双壳贝类诺如病毒携带形势严峻,分布特征具有特殊性,亟需明确本地的诺如病毒传播模式并采取相应防控措施。Objective To investigate the Norovirus contamination in bivalve mollusks in farmers’ market in Lianyungang city. Methods A total of 180 samples of bivalve mollusks were collected in various counties and districts of Lianyungang city in June, August and November in 2019, The digestive glands were separated in time and stored at-75 ℃, and the genotype of Norovirus was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results The total detection rate of Norovirus from 5 kinds of bivalve mollusks was 26.67%(48/180), the detection rates of type GⅠ, type GⅡ and type GⅠ+GⅡ were 5.00%(9/180), 17.78%(32/180) and 3.89%(7/180). Norovirus gene detection rate had no difference in month and regional distribution. The detection rate of Veneridaeclams Norovirus gene was highest. Conclusion The carrying situation of Norovirus of bivalve mollusks in farmer’s market in Lianyungang is severe, and the distribution characteristics are special. It is urgent to clarify the local Norovirus transmission mode and take corresponding prevention and control measures.
