摘 要:目的探讨高中生不同学习水平与健康素养之间的关联性,为提高高中生健康素养水平提供理论依据。方法2019年3月份采用分层整群抽样方法,对淄博市高中一、二年级1629名学生进行问卷调查。问卷收集一般人口学特征及健康素养和学习水平等情况。健康素养水平分为高、中、低三组,单因素分析采用Jonckheere-Terpstra秩和检验,多因素分析采用广义Logistic回归模型。结果调查高中一、二年级1629名高中生学习优秀、中上等、中等、中下等和较差的比例分别为14.36%、27.93%、35.42%、17.50%和4.79%,城市高于农村(P<0.05);高中生的健康素养水平在生源、性别、年级、体能素质、学习水平、有无重大疾病史、父母亲文化程度间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调整年龄、年级、性别、家庭居住地、重大疾病史、体能素质、体型等因素后,不同学习水平与健康素养呈正相关,且学习水平越高与健康素养的相关性越大(P<0.01)。结论淄博市部分高中生学习水平与健康素养有关。Objective To explore the association between the different learning level and health literacy(HL)in high school students,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving high school students’health literacy.Methods A total of 1629 students of high school in Zibo city were enrolled by using a stratified cluster sampling method in March 2019.A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect demographic information,HL and different learning levels.The level of health literacy was divided into 3 groups:high,medium and low,single factor analysis of HL was using Jonckheere-Terpstra rank sum test.Generalized logistic model was used to analyze the association between the different learning level and HL.Results A total of 1629 high school students from grade 1 and 2 were surveyed.The proportion of high-level,medium to high level,middle,lower middle level and low of learning of high school students was 14.36%,27.93%,35.42%,17.50%and 4.79%,respectively.The learning level of urban students was better than rural students(P<0.05).Statistical differences of HL were found with different registered residence,gender,grade,physical quality,learning level,history of major diseases,and family economic status of high school students(P<0.05).Compared to the low-level HL,the high and middle level HL both showed positive correlation with different learning levels,after adjusting for the age,grade,gender,registered residence,history of major diseases,physical quality,and somatotype(P<0.01).Furthermore,the relevance with HL increases as the level of learning increase.Conclusion The HL of some high school students is related to their learning level in Zibo city.
