摘　　要：师徒关系的稳定是实施现代学徒制的重要保障,在教学改革过程中,师徒关系构建存在学徒定位模糊、师徒结对不稳定、缺少连续性教学、师傅综合素质参差不齐、缺少师傅选拔培训制度等问题。提出政府、行会、校企之间通力合作,完善相关政策,提升企业师傅个人能力,学校随队教师积极配合等措施将有效改善师徒关系,提升人才培养质量。The stability of the master and apprentice relationship is an important guarantee for the implementation of modern apprenticeship.In the process of teaching reform,there are many problems in the construction of master and apprenticeship relationship,such as vague apprentice positioning,unstable pairing of master and apprentice,lack of continuous teaching,uneven comprehensive quality level of master,and lack of master selection and training system,etc.The government,guilds,schools and enterprises should work together to improve relevant policies,enhance the personal ability of enterprise masters,and actively cooperate with the school team teachers,which can effectively improve the master apprentice relationship,and improve talent training quality.
