摘 要:目的探讨MBO模式教学法在助产实践教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的60名助产士作为实验组,采用MBO模式教学法;选择2019年1月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院实习的62名助产士作为对照组,采用传统的带教模式。实习前后对2组助产士的理论水平和技能操作进行考核,并对得分情况进行比较。调查2组助产士对教学方法的满意度,进行比较。结果实习结束后,实验组助产士的和技能操作成绩和总成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);实验组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用MBO教学模式对助产士实践教学的应用效果良好,在临床上值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of MBO model teaching method in midwifery practice teaching.Methods Between January 2018 and December 2018 in our hospital internship 60 midwife as experimental group with the method of MBO mode,choose between January 2019 and December 2019 in our hospital internship 62 midwives as control group with the traditional teaching mode,practice on two groups before and after the midwife to examine the theoretical level and skill operation,and carries on the comparison to scores.The satisfaction of the two groups of midwives with teaching methods,and the satisfaction of patients with midwives was investigated and compared.After the end of the practice,the midwives in the experimental group scored higher in theory and skill operation than in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction degree of the experimental group on teaching methods was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The application of MBO teaching model to practice teaching of midwives is effective and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
