摘 要:本文在理论模型分析的基础上,利用2015年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)考察了教育在家庭创业中的作用。研究发现:(1)教育本身确实对家庭创业存在正向激励作用,但是这种激励作用会随着个体教育程度的提高而呈现边际递减倾向;(2)教育程度越高,家庭创业越倾向于机会型创业;教育程度越低,家庭创业越倾向于生存型创业;(3)教育程度越高,家庭创业越可能选择资金门槛较高的行业,越倾向于选择联合创业;(4)教育确实提高了家庭创业中创新的可能性。This paper employs a theoretical model and uses the China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)in 2015 to study the role of education in a family business.The study finds:first,the education level of the household head has a positive effect on family business,but this effect has marginal declining;second,the family business is more likely to be opportunity oriented if the household head has a higher education level,while the family business is more likely to be survival-oriented if the household head has a lower the education level;third,the family business type is more likely to be joint ventures located in industries with higher capital threshold if the household head has a higher the education level;fourth,education level tends to inspire innovation in a family business.The results are consistent when controlling heterogeneity,endogeneity,and alternative explanatory variables.
