摘　　要：优秀传统典章制度是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴藏着丰富的"天人合一"理念,深深打上了"大一统"观念的烙印,始终贯穿着"礼乐教化"的精神追求。对中华优秀传统典章制度所蕴涵的智慧进行总结并加以创造性转化和创新性发展,可以为新时代治国理政安邦提供历史借鉴,为地方经济繁荣与社会和谐发展提供理念参考,为当前涵育人格修养提供文化底蕴。优秀传统典章制度对新时代坚定文化自信具有弥足珍贵的借鉴价值,既奠定了文化自信的强大社会与组织基础,培植了涵养文化自信的深厚制度沃土,也是构建新时代德治方略的有力武器。Chinese excellent traditional laws and regulations were an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture which contained a rich idea of"the unity of man and nature"and were deeply marked with the idea of the unity of nature,and they had always carried out the spiritual pursuit of"ritual, music and education". Summing up the wisdom contained in China’s ancient rules and regulations and creative transformation and innovative development can provide historical reference for governing the country in the new era, supply an idea reference for the local economic prosperity and harmonious development of the society, and offer cultural heritage for the current cultivation of personality. The Chinese excellent traditional laws and regulations have a precious reference value and laying a strong social and organizational foundation for the cultural confidence. Furthermore, they also cultivate deep system fertile soil for culture confidence and provide a powerful weapon for the construction of governance by virtue in the new era.
